This is great for one person, in a clean and quiet neighbourhood – close to grocery stores for halal meat & fresh produce.

Large kitchen, living room, and bedroom with closet, dresser, desk and bookshelves. Super quiet low-rise building (mostly older students, no parties). Laundry machines on-site.
Close to campus – 15/20 minute bus rides to campus/downtown via routes 5 and 12 (straight to uOttawa or Rideau Centre). Grocery stores within walking distance.

2 bedroom apartment for sublet (May to August) at 170 lees avenue. Approximately 10 min walk to University of Ottawa campus or a 2 minute bus ride on pretty much any bus. Rent is $1050 (or $525/room) everything included except internet ($40/month)
Great halal fast food (fried chicken) restaurant downstairs, shwarama, and lees avenue pizza, small grocery/corner store, and hair dresser. Musallah also located in the basement

Assalam Alaikum sisters!
I am looking for a mature and responsible sister to rent out my spare room at my apartment from February to the end of the winter semester( the term can be extended a few months into summer).The other 2 rooms are occupied by myself right now. I am a busy graduate student and will prefer a sister who is also a student.
The rent is $500, internet, hydro, heat and electricity included. It is furnished. Kitchen and one bathroom shared.
The place is located just 3 mintues from the OC transpo with direct buses to UOttawa and to Bay View Station Otrain(for Carlton U) and Algonquin College, there is also a park and mall located just 5 minutes away.

We are two students to apply for two bedrooms in a four bedroom apartment on campus. We need two more Muslim sisters to rent the other two rooms. Assalam o Alaikum sister, I saw your post and I have a suggestion for you if it interests you depending on whether you are looking for a long term or just summer place.
My brother and I have an apartment on 170 lees avenue (10 min walk to uOttawa campus or 2 min bus ride) and we are moving out for the summer and can sublet it for end of april/ May 1 till August. This way (if you already haven’t) you don’t have to find 2 more sisters and you will pretty much be on campus.
